01
Describe the Move from Your Falls Church Home
Tell us whether you are moving a whole home or apartment, and list the furniture and other belongings going with you. Include heavy or oversized pieces, photos, and dimensions or weight when available.
A walkthrough video can show the rooms and furniture together. Point out pieces that are easy to overlook or need to be moved from another floor.
02
Show the Route at Each Address
Give both addresses, your preferred date, and the stairs or elevator details at each place. Describe the route to the final room, not only the building entrance.
Ask the building contact about any instructions that affect access, then share what you learn. Your current building and your next one may have different arrangements.
03
Include Furniture Tasks and Removal
We can wrap and protect furniture, disassemble and reassemble it, carry it on stairs, load and unload it, and place it where you want it. Include the tasks you need in the request.
If you want unwanted furniture or appliances picked up for disposal, list those separately from belongings going to the new home. Both can be reviewed as part of your request.

Does Your Falls Church Move Fit the Service Area?
Heavy Friends Movers works within a confirmed 30-mile service area from its Alexandria base, covering parts of Virginia, Washington, DC, and Maryland. Share the pickup and destination addresses so we can confirm coverage for your job. A city name alone does not confirm coverage for every address.

How Do You Get Your Written Moving Quote?
Send photos or a walkthrough video, or request a free in-home estimate. Heavy Friends sends your written quote within three hours after receiving the information needed to price the move or completing the in-home estimate. The written price covers the work reviewed. If that work stays the same, the price stays the same; if the work changes, the price may change.
