Does Your Property Receive City Collection?
The City of Alexandria describes fee-based collection for detached single-family homes, duplexes and some townhouses with four or fewer units. Commercial properties and condominium complexes may participate at the City’s discretion. Check your property’s service instead of assuming that every Alexandria address has the same collection option.

Do You Need Help Getting Furniture Out?
Collection arrangements and carrying help are two separate parts of the decision. If a piece is upstairs, reached by an elevator or too bulky for you to move, include that access in a request for pickup help.
