Which Unwanted Furniture or Appliances Should Be Taken Away?
We remove unwanted couches, beds, tables, chairs and appliances, as well as small, bulky and heavy items. Make a list of the pieces you want taken away, with the number of each item.
Photos help show what needs removing. Add dimensions or weight when you know them, especially for a large appliance or a heavy piece of furniture.

Where Are the Items and How Can They Be Reached?
Send the pickup address and preferred date, then tell us where each item is: for example, a couch upstairs or an appliance on the ground floor. Include the floor, stairs and elevator details.
Photos or a short video of the route out can show doorways and the path from the items to the exit. Include any other work you need so we can review it with the pickup.

Are You Keeping or Replacing Other Furniture?
Keep the disposal list separate from furniture you want to keep or move. If an old couch should go and another piece needs moving to a different room or address, describe each task.
Buying a replacement does not tell us what should happen to the old item. Say which pieces should be taken away and where the pieces you are keeping should end up. For a combined move and removal, include the moving destination and its stairs or elevator details too.
