01
What Needs to Be Taken Away in Arlington?
List the unwanted furniture and appliances, including quantities. Send photos and add dimensions or weight when available, especially for large or heavy pieces.
Separate items for disposal from belongings you want moved to another room or address. If you need both moving and removal, include both lists.
02
Where Are the Items and How Can They Be Reached?
Share the pickup address, preferred date, floors, stairs and elevator details. Photos or a video can show the route from the items to the way out.
Tell us about any additional work you need with pickup. A list of items alone can miss access or tasks that belong in the reviewed job.
03
Replacing Furniture or Combining Removal with a Move?
If new furniture is being delivered or other belongings are being moved, say which pieces should stay, which should go to the destination, and which should be taken away for disposal.
For a combined moving job, include the destination address and access there too. The quote should describe both parts of the work.
04
Does Your Arlington Pickup Fit the Service Area?
Heavy Friends Movers works within a confirmed 30-mile service area from its Alexandria base, covering parts of Virginia, Washington, DC, and Maryland. Share the pickup address to confirm coverage. If you also need a move, share the destination. A city name alone does not confirm coverage for every address.

What Does Your Removal Quote Cover?
Request a free quote with the items, location, access and tasks. The written price covers the work reviewed. If that work stays the same, the price stays the same. Adding items or changing the work may change the quote.
